Team SOS LINK™ is a personal security app that runs on your smartphone. With a press of the “START” button, SOS LINK™ automatically alerts your colleagues, supervisors or support staff that you need help.

In a few seconds, people in your organization will:
  1. Get an email and see what you see

  2. Know where you are

  3. Receive automated phone and/or alerts indicating that you need help

In an emergency, or if you feel threatened, you can use your smartphone to get help:
  1. Press the SOS LINK™ icon on your smartphone and point it towards the event or threat

  2. Run the app with or without the SOS Alert and Siren playing

  3. Your phone will instantly begin to take photos, one per second, for up 60 seconds and email them to your helpers

Your helpers:
  1. Get the photos, plus the time, date and your GPS location on a bing™ Map

  2. Start receiving your email alerts within about 15 seconds of you pressing the "START" button

  3. Receive a text message and/or automated phone call stating that you have run the app and want help

You can also:
  1. Administer helpers based on shift schedules, holidays, sick days, and more

  2. Use Campus SOS LINK™ to take photos of other events, such as a break-in or theft, that can be authenticated (time and date stamp; GPS location, secure storage) and used as evidence

  3. Use SOS LINK™ Online to manage all of your helper information and to store and view your photos

Individuals who have downloaded Team SOS LINK™ are connected to one another through their organization’s private web space in SOS LINK™ Online.

How SOS LINK™ Online Works:
  1. as team members purchase the app and enter the Team Code, their accounts are linked into SOS LINK™ Online

  2. the Team administrator assigns helpers – and can easily customize certain helpers to receive alerts at certain times to account for staff schedules, sick days, and holidays

  3. users and helpers can be added or removed from the Team account at anytime

  4. customizable download instructions for new users

  5. personalized welcome e-mails when new users activate their apps and when new helpers are added

  6. customizable alert e-mails, phone calls, and text messages

  7. ability to purchase/renew licenses for multiple users at once

  8. photos captured by SOS LINK™ Team users are securely stored on the server as long as the team’s account is kept in good standing & administrators can go back into the system at any time to review files

  9. administrators have the ability to group users into categories and assign helpers to users on a per category basis

  10. SOS LINK™ Online is intuitive, user-friendly, and web-based. It can be accessed from any device that has an internet connection.
